Microbiology Antibodies

Microbiology is the study of microscopic organisms that are single celled, a single cluster of cells, or have no actual cells at all. This includes fungi, protists, and even viruses. Subfields of microbiology include virology (study of viruses), mycology (study of fungi), bacteriology (study of bacteria), immunology (study of the immune system), nermatology (study of nematodes), and parasitology (study of parasites). Microbiology can be applied to many useful applications in medicine, pharmaceuticals, food, and agriculture. Medical microbiology focuses on pathogenic microbes and their effects on human illness. Pharmaceutical microbiology studies those microorganisms that produce antibiotics, enzymes, vitamins, and vaccines. Food microbiology focuses on those microbes that cause food to spoil and spread foodborne illnesses. Agriculture microbiology studies relevant microorganisms in plants and soils. Microbiology is useful in a myriad of ways. Although, typically, microbes are associated with disease and infection, tiny organisms are also responsible for producing many useful products like antibiotics, alcohol, and bread! In the future, microbiology can possibly show other useful avenues for microorganisms like cancer treatment.

Anti- beta TRCP antibody binds against the target beta transducing repeat containing E3 protein. This target is localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the cell. Beta TRCP mediates the ubiquitination and degradation of certain target proteins by recognizing and binding to them. Anti-PGRPS antibody binds against the target peptidoglycan recognition protein 1. PGRPS is secreted by the cytoplasmic granule in cells. Peptidoglycan recognition proteins are a group of recently categorized proteins able to identify surface molecules on invading pathogens. These surface molecules, like lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and peptidoglycan (PGN) are known to elicit immune reactions. PGRP can identify and bind to these molecules expressed on gram-positive bacteria. This molecule is expressed in high amounts in the liver and in even higher amounts in the bone marrow. In humans, the function of the concentration in the bone marrow has yet to be determined.
