Dyomics 647 Antibodies
Dyomics 647 absorbs and emits light at 653 nm and 672 nm respectively (in Ethanol). Dy-647 is a pentamethine based bluorophore that is soluble in water, methanol, DMF, and DMSO. It produces a red excitation by way of laser. Dy-647 is a pentamethine based fluorophore that is similar to Alexa Fluor® 647. Dyomics 647 antibodies are useful for protein labeling, microarray experiments, FisH microscopy, and gel electrophoresis. Dy-647 is a pentamethine based fluorophore. Abcore Inc. offers a variety of Dyomics 647 conjugated antibodies ready for many laboratory and research applications.
Anti-CD2 antibody (Dyomics 647) binds against CD2. CD2 is expressed in the membrane of cells and interacts with lymphocyte functions by mediating adhesion between T-cells and other types of cells. Anti-CD105 antibody (Dyomics 647) binds against the antigen CD 105 (encoded by ENG). CD 105 is expressed in the membrane and is a major glycoprotein of vascular endothelium. CD 105 is thought to play role in binding endothelial cells to integrins and other RGD receptors. Defects in ENG cause hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia type 1 (Osler-Rendu-Weber syndrome 1). Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder of the blood vessels that can cause excessive bleeding. Individuals affected with Osler-Rendu-Weber Syndrome develop abnormal blood vessels in the brain, lungs, liver, and intestines. Symptoms include frequent nosebleeds, GI bleeding, port wine stain, and seizures or small strokes.
